I started Harts Care because the previous company I worked for was too impersonal, although their care plans claimed to be 'person-centered'. I didn't feel that this was the case. I want our customers to  feel like they are a part of the family rather than just another customer.

I am a mother of three children and have been a care worker for over 14 years. I specialize in Autism,  Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease.

As well as running the last care company that I previously worked for, I carried out all relevant training for the induction period and advanced training for current carers.
